How is my credit card information used?

We take your financial security very seriously and have made a conscious decision to use a reputable processing company that will eliminate the need for the storage of your credit card information in our systems. At the end of the checkout process, users are transfered to the processing company to complete the order. We do not store or transfer your credit card information.



How will my registration information be used?

  • If you submit personally identifiable information to us, we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of the website, and to process any flagging activity or correspondence you send to us.
  • Your account name may be displayed to other Users when you post or send messages through the website and other Users can contact you through messages and comments. Any forum posts that you submit to the site may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.
  • We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major site changes or for customer service purposes).
  • We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, clickstream data, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the website and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications.


What is the return policy?

All returns must be received within 30 days of invoice date. Returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed.

All returns must obtain shipping instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) before being returned to us.

Any unopened merchandise accompanied by an RA can be returned. There is a 20% restocking charge, to cover the expense of inspecting, testing, and repackaging the product to be assured that there was no damage done in transit.

Shipping charges are not refundable except for shipping error by us. We must be notified of all shipping errors and reserve the right to choose the method of return shipment at its expense.

Defective Merchandise Any defective merchandise can be exchanged at no charge, except for shipping, upon return. Failed products are subject to the original manufacturers warranty. Please obtain an RA before returning defective merchandise.

Please include the following with ALL returns:

  • Customer name and telephone number
  • RA number
  • Original order number (from your original invoice or receipt)
  • Short explanation of the reason for your return.

Method of return shipment is at the sole discretion of the customer. We assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of return shipments. We recommend that you ship your return by a traceable service such as UPS or Priority Mail. Insurance on returns is at the sole discretion of the customer.
