Relay Hookup Some people run reservour heaters and injection line heaters and want them to be on all the time. A great way of doing this is to add a relay so that they turn on when the ignition switch is on. Here's how to hook it up: From the battery use and inline fuse for protection and connect it to pin 30 on the relay. Hook pin 87 to whatever you wish to supply the power to. Next tie pin 86 into the circuit for your ignition. Now when current runs across pins 86 and 85, it will activate the relay, closing the connection between 30 and 87?
Single Switch Electrical Here is perhaps the most basic electrical setup for a WVO/SVO Conversion.
Dual Switch Electrical Some people run dual switches to independently control the soleniods. This allows the diesel to "flush" the return line back to the tank. Here's a two switch system:
Plumbing Here is a simplistic view of most vehicles plumbing system before installing any components: Point 1 represents the insertion point for the wvo source and point 2 represents the return path modification point. "F" represents filters.
